Vegan Ginger Chick'n Bliss Taco Recipe : A Delicious Dish to Try

National Taco Day is coming up! If you’re looking for a new taco dish that will leave your taste buds tingling with excitement, then try our Vegan Ginger Chick’n Bliss with Mango Avocado Salsa. The process of making this delicious meal couldn’t be easier and we promise it won’t disappoint – especially when those spice levels are turned up high enough to make even an experienced eater want more (just sayin).


Mango Avocado Salsa

  • 2 cups peeled and diced mango, about 2 medium
  • 1 medium ripe avocado, diced
  • ¾ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • Sea salt


  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mango, avocado, onion, cucumber, orange juice, lime juice, and cilantro and mix gently. Season to taste with salt.
  2. Defrost or cook from frozen, the Vegan Ginger Chickn Bliss. 
  3.  Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and season until desired. 
  4. Remove from packaging and add to skillet for 3-5 minutes.
  5.  Toss while adding a few teaspoons of water until thoroughly heated. 
  6.  Assemble tacos on your tortilla. Add the mango avocado salsa and the Vegan Ginger Chick’n Bliiss. . 
  7. Top it with cilantro and serve with fresh lime wedges for that extra taste on tacos
