Textured soybean protein (non-GMO) (soybean protein, wheat protein, wheat starch, calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate), Water, Sugars (liquid glucose, raw cane sugar, mirin, trehalose), Soybean oil, Soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt), Plum powder (plum, salt), Vinegar, Isolated soybean protein (non-GMO), Wheat protein, White pepper powder, Disodium ribonucleotides, Glycine, DL-alanine, Modified tapioca starch, Salt, Yeast extract, Corn starch, Licorice powder, Cinnamon powder, Transglutaminase, Artificial plum flavour, Xanthan gum.

STORAGE & COOKING DIRECTIONS

STOVE TOP – RECOMMENDED

Stirfry: 1) Defrost or cook from frozen 2) Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3) Stir-fry your favourite vegetables and season until desired 4) Remove from packaging and add to skillet for 3-5 minutes. 5) Toss while adding a few teaspoons of water until thoroughly heated. 5) Serve with your favourite side. 6) Enjoy (share if you’re willing)

MICROWAVE

Microwave: 1) Defrost. 2) Remove from plastic packaging and place in microwavable bowl. 3) Microwave on high from 1-2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 4) Serve with your favourite side. 5) Enjoy (share if you’re willing)
