INGREDIENTS
Non-GMO Textured soy protein (soy protein, wheat protein, wheat starch, soy oil), water, maltose, soy oil, soy sauce (soybean, wheat, salt), plum juice, vinegar, isolated soy protein, raw cane sugar, wheat protein, white pepper, modified tapioca starch, trehalose, salt, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed soy protein, mushroom extract, cabbage extract, yeast extract, licorice powder, cinnamon powder, transglutaminase.
STORAGE & COOKING DIRECTIONS
STOVE TOP – RECOMMENDED
Stirfry: 1) Defrost or cook from frozen 2) Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3) Stir-fry your favourite vegetables and season until desired 4) Remove from packaging and add to skillet for 3-5 minutes. 5) Toss while adding a few teaspoons of water until thoroughly heated. 5) Serve with your favourite side. 6) Enjoy (share if you’re willing)
MICROWAVE
Microwave: 1) Defrost. 2) Remove from plastic packaging and place in microwavable bowl. 3) Microwave on high from 1-2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 4) Serve with your favourite side. 5) Enjoy (share if you’re willing)
