INGREDIENTS

Textured soybean protein (non-GMO), Isolated soybean protein (non-GMO), Wheat protein, Soy sauce (water, non-GMO defatted soybean flakes, wheat, inverted sugar (sucrose, water), salt, yeast extract), Sugar, Maltose, Salt, Yeast extract, Spices, Flavourings (maltodextrin, salt, sucrose, yeast extract, hydrolyzed soybean protein, mushroom extract, cabbage extract), Citric acid, Xanthan gum.

CONTAINS: Soy, Wheat.

 

STORAGE & COOKING DIRECTIONS

STOVE TOP – RECOMMENDED

Stirfry: 1) Defrost or cook from frozen 2) Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3) Stir-fry your favourite vegetables and season until desired 4) Remove from packaging and add to skillet for 3-5 minutes. 5) Toss while adding a few teaspoons of water until thoroughly heated. 5) Serve with your favourite side. 6) Enjoy (share if you’re willing)

MICROWAVE

Microwave: 1) Defrost. 2) Remove from plastic packaging and place in microwavable bowl. 3) Microwave on high from 1-2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 4) Serve with your favourite side. 5) Enjoy (share if you’re willing)
